  • 3 ripe bananas (the more ripe, the better)

  • 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional, for more taste)

  • 1/3 cup oil (or melted butter)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

🔸 Step 1: Get Your Things Ready

First, get everything ready. Take all the ingredients and keep them on your kitchen table. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This means turning on the oven and letting it get hot before you put the bread inside. Also, take a bread baking pan. If you do not have one, you can use any deep, rectangular baking tray. Put a little oil or butter on the tray so the bread does not stick.
